Role Description

​

• Our client is in an enviable position of having too much work so 3-4 key hires at Manager, Senior Manager or 1st, 2nd Year Director need to be made across the GCC Region.

• Location – this role could be primarily based in Dubai, with some travel to Saudi Arabia/KSA or based in Saudi with regular travel to Dubai.

• The firm are the most connected of the Big Four in the Middle East which is critical to your success in this role. In addition there is buy-in from key senior TP partners globally and from member firms in Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific.

• These roles carry with them the carrot of quicker promotions, more responsibility and all involve a leadership aspect which in more developed markets you are on a slower conveyor belt!

• You will have experience of managing teams, be confident in front of clients and be interested in fast-tracking your career in one of the most exciting regions globally in terms of economic growth and an emerging liberal market (both socially and economically).

About You

​

• Ambitious, hard-working and keen on the medium-term career opportunity.

• Mobile – this role would involve fortnightly travel to other parts of the GCC.

• You are at a minimum of Manager level and could be at Senior Manager or Director level too.
