• The tax department at this firm is in the invidious position of being able to offer both tax structuring and transactional tax related workflow, predominantly in the M&A/Corporate, Funds, Private Equity and Finance related sectors.

 

Role Description

​

• The Tax Associates at this firm are handed a good amount of responsibility very early in their careers, but risk appropriate.

• Advising UK headquartered and US, European MNC’s on their activities in the European markets. Project management (* mostly driven from the London market so still a good amount of tax technical workflow).

• Ambitious, hard-working, knowledgeable beyond your PQE – tick these 3 boxes and you will put yourself on your own Partner track early!

What's on Offer

​

• Above market rate compensation – Circa £110,000 - £175,000, depending on PQE.
