About Our Client

• UK Top 30 Law firm

• Well built out tax capabilities including corporate tax, VAT, share schemes and tax disputes.

Role Description

​

• You will be involved in a wide range of corporate tax transactional work.

• You will somewhere between 7 and 20 years PQE.

• This role is a senior role but not a Partner role. You might be a seasoned tax practitioner who is not interested in the trappings of ‘Partnership’ but otherwise have a lot to offer clients and an existing tax department. You might be a PSL or a Partner wishing to step down but still very much involved with clients.

• Mentoring to less experienced associates and senior associates.

• Running your own deals – working closely with both clients and non-tax partners.
